The 6,500-sq. ft. fitness center offers everything you need for the perfect workout. Stationary bicycles and stair-steppers offer fun virtual reality video games that encourage you to peddle harder and step faster. "Smart" (computerized) weight machines adjust automatically to your strength. And, for today's ultimate burn, try the rock-climbing treadwall.

The Gold Coast Fitness Center is free to all registered guests and is open from 6 am to 10 pm. The facility overlooks the pool area and is equipped with a variety of quality work out equipment including:

The spacious fitness center is accented with a vaulted ceiling open to the second floor forms the core of the spa. Complete cardiovascular and weight-training equipment is also available. Tai Chi Yoga, Pilates and Cardio Kickboxing are among the fitness classes offered. Additional services include personal fitness training and nutritional and stress management consultation. Facials and manicures are also offered.

Workouts are all pleasure in this state of the art fitness center with cardiovascular and weight equipment featuring virtual reality and internet access. Tranquil spa facilities include steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools and a relaxation lounge. Enjoy the use of showers, lockers, soft towels, robes, sandals and personal care amenities. Safety deposit boxes, shorts, t-shirts and fruit juices are also provided.

The new 24-hour Stardust Fitness Center affords guests the opportunity to stay in shape by working out on a variety of treadmills, exercycles and isometric weight machines. It?s located next to the Villa Pool. Wide picture windows provide a great view of the pool and the lavishly landscaped grounds outside.

The fitness center, open 24 hours, is only accessible to hotel guests with no additional cost. It features state-of-the-art treadmills, glide machines, bicycles, stair climbers, and free weights.

The state-of-the-art fitness room is fully staffed with fitness experts and features CYBEX weight training and aerobic equipment.
