With flagstone floors and trellised arbors, ALTA VILLA has the feeling and flavors of an old Italian villa. From mouth-watering minestrone to broiled filet mignon wrapped in prosciutto, the true tastes of Italy are served nightly.

Framed by classical murals and wood paneling, dining in CONRAD'S STEAKHOUSE is like dining in a fine English manor. With a menu that includes Beluga caviar and medallions of venison.

The only thing better than swimming in the Flamingo pool is sitting and relaxing at the POOL BAR & GRILLE. Inside or outside, you can watch the others splash around while you take a break with a frosty drink and a light lunch or snack.

A stunning, 800-gallon aquarium lights up the entrance to PEKING MARKET, where both the traditional and the unexpected in Chinese cuisine can be found in a quiet and gracious setting of gleaming wood and delicate lanterns.

The view is as delicious as the food in the PARADISE GARDEN BUFFET where diners look out at waterfalls and wildlife. Sample crab, shrimp, and Atlantic salmon nightly in an abundant "Seafood Spectacular." Stop by for breakfast and lunch as well.

Have a simple breakfast of cereal and toast, or dine spectacularly with herb-marinated rack of New Zealand lamb. Whether your tastes run to American or Continental, you just can't go wrong in the quiet and cozy FLAMINGO ROOM.

Fresh, hot bagels roll out of the ovens daily at BUGSY'S DELI, along with specialty plates and spreads prepared right in front of you. Sandwiches, hamburgers and snacks are on view and for sale in this fun, casual deli.

Every hotel needs a LINDY'S where hot coffee can rev you up, ice cream can cool you down, and a great New York steak can fill you up. It's where you bring the Sunday paper and relax. 24 hours a day.
