Group Rates Request
If you want to book 10 or more rooms and pay them together, you can use this form to request group rates.

If each room will be paid by a different individual credit card, you just click check rates to book them as individual reservations.

If you have ever went through group reservations, you know it is time consuming and frustrating to get everything arranged. Not any more! Our group reservation experts here will make your group reservations easy and pleasant.

Just follow these steps:

1. Click check rates to check rates for individual guests to get an idea about the current price ranges. Group rates will be in the same rates range or lower if you book many rooms.

2. Come back here, complete and send us this form.

3. We will email you the group rates within 24 hours. (Group department is open on weekdays only.)

4. If you want to book the rooms at the available rates, you just contact us to set up the contract.

Group Reservation Guidelines

Rooming list is required. There must be at least one guest in each room who is 21 years of age or older.

Deposit and pre-full payment are needed. Payment can be made by credit card with fax authorization or check.

The whole group can only be canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date without penalty. 20% individual rooms of the whole room block can be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date without penalty.

If guests want to check in individually, each guest needs to stand in line to check in his/her room.

If guests want to arrive and check in the hotel together as a group, there will be a $4 or $5 per guest group check-in fee. As group check-in, a group leader can check in all the rooms. Luggage service is included.
