One Six
This fire and ice themed hot spot is as comfortable as it is cool. One Six, atop the 16th floor of Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel, is a lounge and kitchen offering guests a panoramic view of the Las Vegas Valley. Guests will also enjoy a breathtaking outdoor terrace, cozy furnishings, stylish feature bar with over 100 premium bottles wine.
One Six provides a retro revival of familiar favorites made from the best American ingredients. The menu is divided into snacks, small bites, big bites and sweet treats. Perfect for a social event where groups of friends order several plates to share or for a single looking for a light meal, there is something for everyone.
The fire and ice themed facility provides seating for approximately 110 guests inside and 20 guests on the outdoor patio. One Six will be open for dinner only Thursday-Sunday and will be available for private events Monday-Wednesday.
Deli
The Deli is located directly adjacent to the Sports Book and is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Featuring a city grill style walk-up counter with an old fashioned hot carvery, guests can either sit at the counter watching the cooks create classic sandwiches or at tables in the dining area.
Guests can order a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches made with homemade corned beef, pastrami, salami, roast beef, turkey, sausages and meatballs and can also enjoy specially made hamburgers as well as a variety of hot dogs, French fries and ice cold beverages.
CARVE
Located on the Casino floor, Carve has an upscale feel with hardwood floors, elegant table linen, fine china and a relaxed 110-seat atmosphere. The main focal point of the dining room is the chefs carving station, where our culinary team perfects prime rib to order and bakes our signature giant Yorkshire popover and double chocolate lava cake. While the prime rib is the main attraction, guests can also feast on wood fired steaks and chicken and superb seafood.
SWEET LUCY'S Tableside Buffet
Sweet Lucy’s Tableside Buffet is a new and original dining concept that offers a different perspective to the traditional buffet experience. Guests that come to this restaurant will be treated to family style dining at a reasonable price. Guests can select a variety of dishes for the table from a menu created daily by our chefs. Re-orders, new orders and non-alcoholic beverages are all included so guests can order as much as they like all for one low price. Can't decide between Italian, Mexican or an American classic? Satisfy it all in full service style at our limitless restaurant.
This 210-seat casual restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The meal price includes unlimited bread, salad, entrees, sides, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased for an additional charge. Take-out is not available.
SNAP'S 24 hour Restaurant
Open 24 hours a day, this classic American restaurant features outstanding breakfasts, classic comfort foods, super-sized sandwiches, homemade sausages and house-cured deli meats, garden fresh salads, hand cut steaks, burgers, authentic Cantonese-Chinese cuisine, freshly brewed coffee and fabulous desserts.
PINUPS Bar
Located in the center of the casino floor, Pinups Bar will feature live entertainment six nights a week. Acts performing at Pinups will primarily be a mixture of solo and duo groups, who perform many different genres of music. The genre may often be associated with a particular theme or promotion happening in the casino.
Marilyn’s
This entertainment lounge is a great place to enjoy cocktails while listening to the sounds of incredible live local bands, unbelievable tribute acts, classic lounge crooners and some headliners. During the daytime hours the room is reduced in size by a retractable wall that hides the stage and transforms the room in to a quiet, out of the way lounge. At night the room opens to become a lively entertainment venue.
