The Grand Pool complex is the most elegant swimming and sunbathing experience in the world. The area features five swimming pools including a 1,000 foot long gently flowing river pool, three large whirlpools, lush tropical landscaping, bridges, fountains and waterfalls. The complex is open year round with a minimum of one pool and one whirlpool available 7 days a week. September 1 - November 1 hours 8 am to 6 pm. Grand Pool Complex is open to both adults and children.
Wet Republic's ultra pool is "the Mecca for Poolside Partygoers" It is adults-only playground. It is open from 11 am to Dusk daily. Guests must be 21 or older.

The lion has been a part of the MGM heritage for many years, beginning with the legendary Leo, whose roars have welcomed generations of moviegoers to epics of the silver screen.
The lions live in custom accommodations on an 8.5-acre ranch 12 miles from the MGM Grand. They are owned and cared for by noted feline expert Keith Evans, who has been training exotic animals for more than 30 years.
