The M Resort Spa Casino is the first new major resort opened in 2009. This $1 billion resort casino opened on March 1st, 2009. This new Las Vegas hotel offers 390 guest rooms and suites, over 92,000 sq. ft. of indoor casino and poolside gaming, a 23,000-sq.-ft. health spa and salon, seven fine restaurants, six bar and lounges, retail outlets, a 100,000-sq.-ft. pool area, a 63,000-sq.-ft. movie entertainment theatre with 14 screens, and about 60,000-sq. ft. conference and meeting spaces.

The impressive M Resort Las Vegas is built by Marnell Architecture partnered with MGM MIRAGE, Inc. Marnell Architecture had designed other popular Las Vegas hotels in the past, including Wynn Las Vegas, Bellagio, Mirage Las Vegas, New York New York hotel.
